This Masterclass is a special time for survivors who have completed the UNLEASH e-course to gather together again on a special topic of interest to our community. FALL 2023 topic... TRAUMA & NERVOUS SYSTEM DYSREGULATION: what it is, why it exists, how to begin addressing it In this 90 minute virtual gathering, we will focus on grounding, insights and empowerment in our safe space. Dr. Rachel Croteau will join Nicole and other trauma experts to lead the conversation and will make plenty of space for survivor sharing, reflection and interaction.
