Service Description

The holiday season for survivors can--at times--feel extra difficult, heavy and lonely. Knowing we are not alone and that support is available can sometimes be the very thing that carries us through. We are offering a special time for survivors who have completed the UNLEASH e-course to gather together again for some added support during the holidays. In this 90 minute virtual gathering, we will focus on grounding, connection, joy and empowerment in our safe space. Nicole and other trauma experts will drop some Holiday Survival Goodies into the conversation and we will make plenty of room for questions, survivor sharing and laughter. We hope you will join us.
